Thanks for your interest in having a Sponsored Shop in our Latin Bliss Center in Kiore.  These stores, are available ONLY for quality designers, by request, and upon approval.

We want to have a mall, unique and away from others. With variety, quality products & services, and different events (music, games, contests, get together, hunts). We have some customers that want to promote their businesses in SL. They don't have presence in Second Life but they are willing to pay to advertise their websites and businesses inworld. There's where you come in, they will be paying for your store and in exchange you will have a billboard of their busiiness in your store.

Here is how it works:

REQUIREMENTS OF VENDOR:

1. You have to have been in SL for a minimum of 6 months
2. You are the creator of the products you sell
3. Your items are only high quality products/services among SL, including but not restricted to: fashion, body parts, jewelry, furniture, textures, scripts, animations, and shoes. If is directed or related to latin/hispanic community of SL, better; but this is NOT a must.

YOUR RESPONSABILITY:
In return for this SPONSORED SHOP we require from you the following:

1. Each and every one of the stores has a rental box with the prims/fee per week like in any other mall. This price/fee is going to be the price for the classified ad that we are going to create for you during the time you have your shop in our mall (and the TP is going directly to your store entrance). You will need to send us your store logo/sign, with a notecard of how you want your ad to be displayed/described. Keep in mind that we may make changes to your ad just for marketing purposes. We can help you with the ad if you don't have experience.
2. Spend a few hours of your time to decorate and fill your shop with your unique branding.
3. Promote this shop in your clientele group/s with a special sale (new products, promotions, events) within the first week that you have the shop and every month (this is required at least once a month).
4. Promote our events in your group as well. We have a club completely free for your use for events and parties. Just contact Tabatha Gianno or Isis Garzo for arrangements. Any costs for such events are covered by you. We give you the venue, boards and dance system for your convenience.
5. Create a "Pick" in your profile for Latin Bliss Center with our main landmark for TP.
6. We will create a sign on your store for the sponsor which won't interfiere in any way with your store. We try to use the best related customer we have for each store. That prim is ours and it won't count for your prims count.

To attract customers  we:

1. Advertise our mall at adboards, user forums, classifieds, events, and some traffic systems. We are also working on a website for even more exposure through the net.
2. Have music events in our NightClub "Latin Bliss" at least once a month. There might be other type of events hold by our sponsors, like soccer, pool, chess, maze and treasure hunts; but these will be planned ahead and no more than once a month.
3. Have a beautiful open area with peaceful garden to hang out. A nightclub with single and couple dances with a stereo to pick your favorite tunes (need to join the group) 24/7, so no need to wait for events to have a good time in a club.
4. YouTube monitors to watch funny videos with a friend or by your own (English and Spanish).
5. Have a restricted camping system, treasure hunts, and managed Piñata Sploder, with newbies in mind, who really are our future customers.
6. Belong to several groups with more than 200 members (and growing) to promote your opening, special sales, and events.
7. We ask our tenants to sponsor events with Gift Certificates. This makes our money in advertising stay in the mall instead for winners go and spend the money elsewhere. Yes, the regular prizes in cash are given too, since people are more attracted to those; but once in a while, GC are given to make people shop here.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

1. Gorgeous mall design not based on prefabs, big & elegant stores available, green open space, and exclusive exposure.
2. Sandbox space for you to work, without having to hunt for empty public sandboxes.
3. All the mall facilities are available upon request, so you can organize your own events. Like fashion shows, openings, contests, get together, etc. We also have a treasure hunt system that we can set up for you for at L$100 fee for unlimited treasures. Ask for more info on this.
4. Announcements in the groups for the opening of your store and special events and promotions.
